What Spoiled is
Spoiled is an online platform that connects customers with independent service providers (e.g., salons, therapists, wellness professionals) who offer at‑home services in Kuwait. Spoiled provides the technology and tools to facilitate bookings and communication between customers and providers.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Spoiled (website and mobile apps), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & account
- You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to use the platform.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Users, customers, and service providers
Service providers are responsible for the services they offer, including quality, safety, compliance with licenses, and their interaction with customers. Customers are responsible for selecting services, providing correct booking details, and behaving respectfully.
Payments
Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. Any gateway fees may apply depending on the payment method. Spoiled may set platform commissions and may update fees according to business needs, subject to applicable law and platform notices.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, publish harmful or illegal content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Reviews
Customers may submit reviews that must be honest, relevant, and not abusive. Spoiled may remove reviews that violate platform rules.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Spoiled is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of service providers, nor for issues outside its reasonable control (e.g., network outages).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kuwait.
